BURGUNDY STEAK

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C flour
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 LB boneless beef sirloin steak - cut
  • into 1" strips
  • 1 tBL canola oil
  • 1 can (10 1/2-oz) condensed french onion
  • soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 C burgundy wine or beef broth
  • 3 C hot cooked egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

in lg. resealble plastic bag, combine
flour & paprika
add beef, a few pieces at a time
shake to coat
in lg. skillet, brown beef in oil
add soup & wine
bring to boil
reduce heat
simmer, uncovered 10-12 min or until
sauce is thickened
serve w/ noodles
