Burgundy Cherry-Cheese PIe

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (3-oz) cream cheese
  • 1/3 C sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 C whipping cream
  • 2 TBL sugar
  • 1 9" baked pie crust
  • 1-QT Baskin-Robbins Burgundy Cherry
  • Ice Cream

Preparation

Step 1

cream cheese & 1/3 C sugar tog. until
smooth
add vanilla - blend well

in med bowl, whip cream w/ 2 TBL sugar
just until stiff
fold whipped cream into cream cheese mix
spoon into pie crust

freeze at least 1 HR
top pie w/ slightly softened ice cream
freeze at least 2 HR

allow to mellow in frig for 10 min before
serving
