Ingredients

• Sauce:
• 1 lb Hamburger
• 1/4 C Italian Bread Crumbs
• 1 Egg
• 1 T Sweet Basil
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1 Green Pepper, finely chopped
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 4oz can Paste
• 1/2 can water
• 1/4 C Ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine sauce ingredients and set aside.

Combine all other ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Make loaf and place in greased loaf pan. Pour sauce over top and place in oven at 400 for 1 hour.

Good with mashed potatoes using cooked sauce for gravy.
