Ingredients
- 15 tablespoons seasoning ( 1 cup minus 1 tablespoon, Recipe #453973)
- 3/4 cup yellow corn flour (Bob's Red Mill) or 3/4 cup masa harina
- 5 tablespoons ground tellicherry black pepper
- 5 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 4 tablespoons Accent seasoning
- 3 1/2 tablespoons ground celery salt ( Tradewinds)
- 3 1/2 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon citric acid or 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper

MEASURE all ingredients into large resealable container such as a GLAD food storage container or a Ziploc bag (3/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons Bulk K F C Original Recipe Seasoning Mix (Just Add Flour), 3/4 cup yellow corn flour or masa harina, 5 tablespoons ground tellicherry black pepper, 5 tablespoons superfine sugar, 4 tablespoons Accent seasoning, 3 1/2 tablespoons Tradewinds ground celery salt, 3 1/2 tablespoons Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 2 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper, and 3/4 teaspoon citric acid (or 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper).
BREAK up any clumps if present, by hand or using the back of a spoon.
SEAL the container.
SHAKE container to mix well.
STORE container sealed and store in a cool dry place.
WHEN ready to use, measure 9 level tablespoons (1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon) of this mixture plus 4 cups pre-sifted all-purpose flour into the large bowl of a food processor.
PROCESS mixture for 10-15 seconds while tilting alternately for even blending.
TRANSFER seasoned flour mixture into a large bowl.
