Grilled Fruit Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 2 firm-ripe small plums, sliced into 6 wedges each
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple chunks
  • Honey, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium. Thread plums and pineapple chunks onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water for at least 30 minutes. Place on lightly oiled grill and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side, until fruit softens and take on grill marks. Serve drizzled with honey, if desired.
