Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 (18.5 oz) White cake mix
- 1/4 c butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 c sweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 2 large eggs
- TOPPING:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 c sweetened coconut flakes, divided
- 1 c chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven 350*F. Spray a 9x13 in pan with cooking spray. In a large. bowl, stir together the crust ingredients and spread in the prepared cake pan. In a small bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Fold in 1 c of the coconut and the pecans. Spread evenly over the crust in the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 c of coconut. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
