Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 box instant gingerbread pudding mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. cinnamon chips
- 3/4 c. white chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the butter, yogurt, and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and vanilla and cream again.
Sift together the pudding, salt, flour, and baking soda.
Slowly add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in the chips by hand.
Drop by small rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 350* for 9-10 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Store in a sealed container.
