  • 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Mix oil & egg
Add buttermilk
Sift in dry ingredients

Bake in 8” x 8” pan at 350ΒΊ for 15 minutes
