Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 c plus 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 c chocolate chips
• 1/2 Lb butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c sour cream
• 2 c flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Step 1

Set aside 1/2 c sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips. Cream together butter, 1 c sugar and eggs. Add vanilla and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to cream mixture. Add 1/2 c of the sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips to batter. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x13 pan (use dry cocoa). Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
