Ingredients

  • Paper Muffin Cups
  • 1 Package Nilla Wafers
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 8 oz Packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix sugar, cream cheese, eggs and lemon juice until smooth. Line cupcake pans with paper. Place one nilla wafer in the bottom of each paper. Spoon cream cheese mixture over wafers to fill cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Cool. Cupcakes will sink in the middle while cooling. Spoon pie filling on each cupcake and refrigerate at least one hour.
