Ingredients

  • 1 cup coarsely chopped carrots
  • 2 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • l can cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup cheese or 8oz Cheese Whiz

Preparation

Step 1

Cook vegetables in water until tender. Stir in milk, soup, and cheese. Heat through until cheese is melted.
