Double Crisp Apple Crisp

My family likes the crisp better than the apples. I created this recipe for them. It is always a big hit when I make it.

Ingredients
- 4 Apples, peeled and cut is small pieces
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup plus 1 tsp Bisquik or Jiffy or flour
- 1 cup Oat Meal
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Mix apples with honey, vanilla and 1 TBSP of Bisquick. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square casserole dish.
Mix together Bisquick, oat meal, sugar, butter and salt. It should be well blended. Put on top of apples and bake about 30 minutes
