Preparation

Step 1

Evenly fill one-third cup of fresh ground beef, invert cup firmly and based on how many Sliders you are preparing, line finished shaped burgers onto platter or container until ready to grill.
Preheat grill on high heat or prepare charcoal briquettes and spray grill oil on grates. Place Sliders onto high heat grill then season with salt and pepper or other seasonings of choice and reduce heat temperature to medium heat. Cook on one side for about five minutes slightly flattening Slider before turning over and cooking approximately six more minutes for medium rare. Top with cheese the final two minutes of cooking covering grill lid for cheese to melt. Place cooked burgers onto buns adding your choice ingredients.
