Ice Cream Pudding
Can't decide between ice cream or pudding? Don't have to! This recipe for Ice Cream Pudding delivers your fix for both. Ritz Crackers give it some crunch.
- 2 packages Ritz Crackers
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 gallons vanilla ice cream
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 30mins
Let ice cream sit out to get soft.
Crush Ritz Crackers. Reserve 1/2 cup for the top. Mix the rest of the crushed crackers with margarine. Put on the bottom of a 9X13-inch oblong pan.
Mix instant vanilla pudding with milk. Mix well with electric mixer and add ice cream. Spread on top of crackers.
Spread Cool Whip over the pudding mixture. Top with 1/2 cup crushed Ritz Crackers. Freeze. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving to soften.
