Rolled White Cookies

Ingredients

  • Frosting:
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • enough milk to make spreadable frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
cut in butter.
Beat sugar with egg and add last with the vanilla.

Sift flour on countertop. roll out dough using flour to prevent sticking.
cut out cookies.
Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes.
