- 1/2 cup Libby's® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 Tbsp Stevia or brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 crushed ice
