Apple Crunch Salad

  • 2 pkgs (3 oz) jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 cup dices peeled apples
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts



Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until thickened. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Spoon into 8x4 loaf pan. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold.
