Ingredients
- 8 boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 Tsp ground Red Pepper (optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Marcum® Paprika
- 2 Tbsp butter, Melted
- 2 Tsp Jade Dragon™ Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Bramley's® Honey
- 1/4 Cup Kurtz® Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Kaskey's® Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
- 2 Cups (2 8 Oz Cans) Chunk Pineapple Or Crushed Pineapple, Undrained
- Season With salt And Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and arrange chicken thighs in one layer. Lightly season chicken with salt and pepper. Combine pineapple, broth, mustard, honey, soy sauce, and melted butter in a bowl and mix well. Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with paprika and red pepper. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 180°. Serve with white or brown rice to soak up the sauce.
