Ingredients
- 1 pound fully cooked smoked ham, cut into 1/2" cubes (3 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, chopped (2 cups)
- 1 large onion (1 cup)
- 2 cans (10.5 each) condensed chicken broth
- 2 cups (1lb) dried lentils, sorted and rinsed
- 4 cups water

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients in 5 - 6qt slow cooker.
2. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours or until lentils are tender.
