Turkey Breast Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 package Lilydale Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast cut into 1 inch wide strips
  • 1 Package extra crispy poultry coating Mix
  • 1 cup coconut, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine coating mix, coconut and paprika on plate.

2. Dip turkey fingers into egg, then coat with coating mixture.

3. Bake at 400°F 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Serve with your favourite dip.
