Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, skin on
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss florets with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet along with the cloves of garlic. Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
