Ingredients
- 2 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 4 Tbsp Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 7 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2/3 Cups Buttermilk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. Mix dry ingredients and sprinkle with cheese. Cut in butter. Add egg and buttermilk. Pat into a large square and cut into 9 small squares. Cook for 15 minutes at 400 F.
