Ingredients

    lbs beef sirloin, cut in 2: strips

  • Garlic powder to taste

  • 2

    T vegetable oil

  • 1

    cube Beef boullion

  • 1/4

    C hot water

  • 1

    T cornstarch

  • 1/2

    C chopped onion

  • 2

    Lg green peppers, chopped in strips

  • 1

    (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid

  • 3

    T soy sauce

  • 1

    tsp white sugar

  • 1

    tsp salt

Directions

Sprinkle strips of sirloin with garlic powder to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat add the vegetable oil and brown the seasoned beef strips. In another bowl, mix bouillon cube with hot water until dissolved, then mix the cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into skillet with meat. Add onion, green pepper, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Cover and simmer approx 3-4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
