Ingredients
- ice cubes
- 1/4 c. pineapple vodka, purchased or home infused
- 2 tbs. Cointreau
- 2 tbls. cranberry juice
- Champagne
- Pineapple slice wedge, optimal
Preparation
Step 1
In ice filled cocktail shaker, combine vodka, cointreau and cranberry juice. Cover; shake vigorously 30 seconds until well combined. Strain into chilled martini glass. Top off with champagne, If desired, garnish with fruit. Serves 1.
