Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 t. baking pdr
- 1 t. soda
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. cinnamon (optional)
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. grated raw carrots
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 small can undrained pineapple
- 2 t. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Sift or stir dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs and mix.
Fold in remaining ingredients
Bake 1 hour at 350.
