  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 t. baking pdr
  • 1 t. soda
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. grated raw carrots
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 small can undrained pineapple
  • 2 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sift or stir dry ingredients.
Add oil and eggs and mix.
Fold in remaining ingredients
Bake 1 hour at 350.
