Toasted Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1/3 C. Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 1 t. Chili Powder
- 12 slices of Rye Bread
- 1/2 pound sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 pound sliced cooked Corned Beef
- 1 can (16 oz.) Sauerkraut, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Mix Mayonnaise and Chili Powder together. (You can also substitute Thousand Island Dressing for this Mayo mixture.) Spread on 6 pieces of Rye Bread, then layer; Cheese, Corned Beef, and Sauerkraut on each. Top with remaining Bread Slices.
Butter the top of each sandwich and flip the sandwich onto a hot grill or skillet.
While it is cooking; Butter the top of the sandwich. When the bottom is browned flip it over to brown the other side. Do this to each sandwich in turn.
