Pimento Cheese

This recipe from the Bay City Cookbook Harvest Heritage.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Velveeta cheese, grated
  • 3 pounds Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 quart mayonnaise
  • 1 large jar pimientos, chopped
  • 1 jar sweet relish
  • 1 small can jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • Pinch of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Can be served as a dip also.
