Danny Gaulden's Rib rup and finishing glaze
By Little
A 2 part treatment for ribs that is very simple and great looking.
No giant flavors here to mask bad ribs, you gotta nail those, but a great rib will become perfect with these

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the rub and use as you do all rubs.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and heat till just combined, do not boil.
Here is the key:
Hit the ribs with the glaze, one good thick layer, the instant they come out of the pit. Don't even wait a couple minutes!
That simple glaze will combine with the rub and the meat juices and give you a nice flavor (leans a little sweet) and that perfect cherry red rib "look".
This stuff is genius.
