Ingredients

    tablespoon granulated garlic

    cup brown sugar

  • ***FINISHING SAUCE***

    cup vinegar

  • 1/4

    cup mustard

  • 1/3

    cup brown sugar

Directions

Combine the rub and use as you do all rubs. Combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and heat till just combined, do not boil. Here is the key: Hit the ribs with the glaze, one good thick layer, the instant they come out of the pit. Don't even wait a couple minutes! That simple glaze will combine with the rub and the meat juices and give you a nice flavor (leans a little sweet) and that perfect cherry red rib "look". This stuff is genius.
