Chicken Mushrooms and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts ( chopped 1/2 inch pieces )
  • 1 1/2 cups Rotini Noodles
  • 8 oz package Baby Bella mushrooms ( sliced )
  • 3 stalks celery ( chopped )
  • 1/2 small onion ( chopped )
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cayenne pepper
  • 3 carrots ( Grated Large )

Preparation

Step 1

Fill a medium sized pot 3/4 full of water bring to a boil add 1 teaspoon Unsalted butter and Rotini Noodles and cook till al dente.
Fill a large pot 3/4 full of water and add the 3 chicken breasts, cook until is done
meanwhile take a medium sized skillet add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter the add onion, and Mushrooms cook 5 min then add the Celery and grate the carrots into the skillet cook until all items are tender.
White Sauce
In a medium sized sauce pan melt 6 tablespoons unsalted butter add 6 tablespoons flour whisk well and let cook 2 to 3 minutes , now add 1/2 cup chicken broth and sour cream, and 2 cups milk cook until it thickens then add Sea salt, Pepper, cayenne pepper, cilantro, and parsley,

When the Noodles are cooked Drain them and place them in a large skillet, add Chopped Chicken, Onion Mushroom, celery and carrot mixture, then add the white sauce and stir well
Spoon the mixture onto plates and eat while it is hot .
( Can shake Parmesan Cheese on top )
