Spicy Balsamic Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients
- 2 bunch(es) (about 1 1/2 pounds) broccoli rabe
- 3 clove(s) garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Meanwhile, trim the ends from broccoli rabe and thinly slice garlic cloves. In a medium bowl, toss broccoli rabe and garlic with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Place on a large, rimmed baking sheet and roast until crisp-tender and leaves are slightly charred, 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle on red pepper flakes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
