Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk - room temperature
  • 3 eggs - room temperature
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup beef drippings

Step 1

PRIME RIB

450 degree for 15 min.
turn down to 325 degrees and continue cooking at 15 min per pound
rate temperature - 120 degrees
approximately 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours for 4 pound piece of meat

YORKSHIRE PUDDING


Mix flour, salt, blend. Make well - Add milk and wisk
Beat eggs into batter
Add water - beat until light an fluffy

If not enough drippings add some crisco to the drippings to make 1/2 cup. Add 1 tbls of dripping in large muffin tin. Put muffin pan in 400 degree oven until drippings are hot and bubbly. Take pan out of oven and add batter to hot drippings. Return to hot oven to continue cooking approximately 20 minutes.
