Ingredients
- 1 8oz. container cream cheese, softened
- 1 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chopped chives
- 2 tbsp. chopped dill
- 2 tbsp. chopped tarragon
- zest of lemon; finely grated or chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle pepper
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until very smooth. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill until needed; it is best to let set for at least 2 or 3 hours before serving.
