Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low fat Ranch salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup chopped cooked chicken OR turkey breast meat
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons shredded carrot
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans OR walnuts (optional)
  • 1 (6- to 7-inch) whole wheat pita bread round, halved crosswise

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine yogurt and Ranch salad dressing.
In a medium bowl, combine chicken, broccoli, carrot, and (if desired) nuts. Pour yogurt/Ranch dressing over chicken mixture and toss to coat; spoon into pita halves. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for up to 24 hours.
