Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguine
- 1/4 cup Chinese sesame oil
- 4 Tbls. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water cress
- 1 tsp. hot chili oil
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook linguini to al dente stage, drain well and toss with remaining ingredients.
2. Chill salald for several hours and preferably overnight.
