Rush Hour Supper

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 16 oz. can died tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Saute meat and onion in a large skillet.
Add tomatoes, rice and water.
Season
Cover and cook 25 minutes.

You can also add corn, ranch style beans, or green peas.
