Ingredients

  • 2 0z. bakers chocolate
  • 1/2 c coconut oil (whatever oil or butter you prefer)
  • 1 c sugar (can probably cut back if add coconut)
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t vanilla
  • 1/4 c cornstarch or rice flour, etc.
  • Delicious option: add 1/2 c shredded coconut (I used the finely ground type

Preparation

Step 1

Melt chocolate squares in a double boiler.

Add other ingredients.

Mix together.

Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.

Cool eat.

Note: The brownies come out of the pan easier if they are just a tiny bit warm instead of fully cooled.
