Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 carrot parboiled and cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices
- 1 -2 cabbage leaves roughly torn
- 1/2 cup boiled noodles
- 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp each of sugar, black pepper
- A pinch ajinomoto
Preparation
Step 1
Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Boil.
Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Add vegetables and shredded chicken.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled noodles, remove from fire
