Chicken Talumein Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 carrot parboiled and cut into leaves or diagonally cut slices
  • 1 -2 cabbage leaves roughly torn
  • 1/2 cup boiled noodles
  • 2 tbsp cornflour dissolved in 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp each of sugar, black pepper
  • A pinch ajinomoto

Preparation

Step 1

Mix stock, salt, pepper, sugar, soya sauce and ajinomoto.
Boil.
Add cornflour paste, stirring continuously.
Add vegetables and shredded chicken.
Boil for 2-3 minutes.
Add boiled noodles, remove from fire
