Ingredients

  • Soup Base:
  • 2 TBS Better Than Bouillon (Beef)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger, minced
  • Filling:
  • 1 pkg Jack Link's Original Beef Jerky (~3.5 oz), cut into small squares
  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced very thin
  • 1 yellow onion, small, sliced very thin
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 pkg parboiled Asian noodles (e.g., Hokkein Stir-Fry noodles)
  • Herb Packet:
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Scallions, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1) Mix all ingredients for soup base and spoon into bottom of 16 oz resealable jars

2) Layer filling ingredients on top, ending with the noodles

3) Place herb packet ingredients into a small resealable plastic bag, close bag, and tuck on top of noodles

4) Close jar and store in refrigerator for up to 4 days

5) Heat by pouring boiling water into jar (remove herb packet first). Shake to mix ingredients. Let stand for 3-5 minutes. Add contents of herb packet and mix well. Enjoy!

Makes 2 servings. 9 Weight Watchers Points.
