Oat and Fruit Protein Shakes

My husband and I split this shake for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (or sliced peaches)
  • 2/3 cup goat milk
  • 1/3 cup fat free half & half
  • 3 packets of real Stevia
  • 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (increase to 1/2 teaspoon if using
  • peaches)

Preparation

Step 1

Measure oats into blender. Blend until ground into a fine powder.

Add other ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
