Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (or sliced peaches)
- 2/3 cup goat milk
- 1/3 cup fat free half & half
- 3 packets of real Stevia
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (increase to 1/2 teaspoon if using
- peaches)
Preparation
Step 1
Measure oats into blender. Blend until ground into a fine powder.
Add other ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Serve immediately.
