Use commercial frozen dinner rolls (24 oz.)
- 24 oz pkg frozen dinner rolls
- 3 oz pck butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 stick butter or marg
Butter an angelfood or bundt pan
Dump in rolls (about 24)
Blend pudding mix, br sugar, spices, nuts in small bowl.
Scatter over rolls. It will sift down as they thaw and rise.
Cut butter into thin slices and arrange over top.
Cover pan with foil, and leave on countertop overnight.
Morning: pre-heat oven to 350. Bake in center of oven 35 minutes.
Turn out on large plate.
