Mustard Sauce

Good with ham or sausages.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1 cup white sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in small saucepan. Cook until thickened.

Use warm. Any extra can be frozen and scooped out as needed.
