- cloves garlic, crushed

- green onion, white and light green only, thinly sliced

- t sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350. Cut racks into individual ribs and season with the garlic powder. Arrange ribs in single layer in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake 1 hour.
Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, crushed garlic and pepper in a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the ribs from oven and drain well. Pour the soy-honey mixture over ribs making sure they are well coated. Return to oven and bake uncovered for another hour – basting well every 10 minutes.
Place on platter. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
