Ingredients
- 2 cups oyster crackers
- 1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmigiano-Regiano cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add oyster crackers, oil, minced garlic and chopped parsley and toss to coat.
Spread mixture out on a sheet pan, season with the salt and pepper and sprinkle with the shredded Parmigiano-
Regiano cheese.
Pop in oven and bake at 250 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
