Luscious Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 pkgs cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 graham crust

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sugar, juice. peel and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Pour into crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish with cool whip and lemon slices.
