Ingredients
- 1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
- 1 small box lemon instant pudding
- 2/3 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 12 oz 7-UP
- Icing
- 1 small pack of coconut
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 small jar of cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cake and pudding well. Add oil; eggs, one at a time; then 7-UP.
* Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
Icing
Mix and cook pineapple and juice, sugar, and flour. Mix well; add butter. Add well beaten eggs; cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
