Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 10 oz frozen broccoli or more (I like to use fresh, lightly steamed. approx 2 Ibs)
  • 2 sm cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 c grated chedder cheese
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1/4 t curry powder
  • bread crumbs, optional



Step 1

Cook broccoli and arrange in a 9x13 baking dish. Place cooked chicken on top. Combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, milk, cheese, and curry powder. Pour over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 minutes or until throughly heated. If desired, you can top this with bread crumbs and or grated cheese.
