    Tbs butter

  • 2

    Cups heavy cream

  • 2

    egg yolks beaten

  • 2

    Cups grated fresh parmesan cheese

  • 1

    Lbs Fettuccine

  • Pinch garlic, salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Whip butter until soft, then blend in heavy cream. Beat egg yolk with wisk and then add to the cream mixture. Stir in 3/4 of the grated cheese. Grease corningware dish with garlic clove. Cook and drain the fettuccine. Place the fettuccine in the dish and pour in the cream mixture. Coat the fettuccine with the mixture. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake and serve hot.
