Chicken/Pork Teriaki Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup white sauce
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup dried onion flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and marinade meat for up to 4 hours. Marinade can then be brought to a soft boil and served with meat thereafter.
