Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 4 heaping Tbsp peanut butter
- **I used crunchy peanut butter for the crust and creamy peanut butter for the topping. I also used the whole package of milk chocolate chips as it was slightly over 1 1/2 cups. I figured it was chocolate, so the more the merrier!!
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, confectioner's sugar and 1 cup peanut butter until well blended - I just used a big spoon, no mixer is necessary. Press evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9 X 13 pan.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate chips and the peanut butter, stirring occasionally until smooth. Spread over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into squares.
